International Business Students (majors and minors),

Please answer as many of the following questions that pertain to you. You are invited, but not required to submit additional materials, such as a resume, personal statement and/or faculty recommendation letter. While not required, any or all of these materials will give your nomination and edge over the competition.

Please use necessary details as this form will be used for selecting award winners.
