The Shared Reading/Courageous Conversations: Indigenous Experiences panel discussion & cultural experience, hosted in partnership with the Student American Indian Movement, took place on Monday, April 7, 4 p.m. - 6 p.m. in the Parkway Ballroom, Plemmons Student Union, followed by a reception featuring Lumbee cuisine. This thought-provoking panel discussion explored the challenges and opportunities of Indigenous experiences, highlighting unique tribal identities, economic development, community needs, personal career journeys, and provided practical advice for fostering greater understanding and support. A film screening of Killers of the Flower Moon took place in Greenbriar Theater in the Plemmons Student Union on Thursday, March 27th at 5 pm. This event was free and open to the public.
