The Business Leaders of Tomorrow are at Appalachian Today
(From left) Leigh Dunston, Jim Westerman, Ken Brackney and Dinesh Davé are the recipients of the 2009 Awards of Excellence from the Walker College of Business. Brackney received the award for teaching; Westerman was honored for his research contributions; and the award for excellence in service was presented to Davé. Welcome to the Walker College of Business

The mission of the John A. Walker College of Business is to offer high quality educational experiences preparing our students for life-long learning and leadership responsibilities in a dynamic, global environment. The college has an enrollment of more than 2,200 undergraduate and 50 graduate students and was included in Princeton Review's 2008 edition of Best Business Schools. Walker College was reaccredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) in the spring of 2008.
