Faculty Award Winners
Four Appalachian State University faculty members in the Walker College of Business received the college’s 2012 Award for Excellence. Dr. Jim Westerman received the award for teaching. Dr. Mike Dotson was honored for his research contributions. The award for excellence in service was presented to Dr. Karen Epermanis. Tom Will was honored as the outstanding non-tenure track faculty member. Kathy Smith was presented the inaugural Walker College of Business Outstanding Staff Award.
