PROGRAM IS FULL. ARE YOU INTERESTED IN STARTING YOUR OWN BUSINESS WITH A GLOBAL OUTREACH? Join Appalachian State University in collaboration with the Universidad Europea de Madrid in Valencia, Spain and embark on a multicultural journey. In this course, you will partner with students from Spain as you learn to create a business plan while using cutting edge Web 2.0 Technologies. Experience the customs and lifestyles of Spain. As part of this course, students will travel to Spain Oct. 5th through Oct. 14th , where students from the Valencia campus will serve as their hosts during visits to businesses and other places of interest.

The program fulfills 3 semester hours of CIS electives, IB major or approved electives, 3000-level HOS elective, and upper-level COB elective credit.

The travel included in this course necessitates an additional cost, estimated at $2,490. The Walker College of Business offers a limited number of scholarships to assist students with the cost.
