Sustainable Business in Iceland focuses on the sustainable energy, eco-tourism, and natural wonders of Iceland. Through readings and presentations, students will develop their understanding of sustainable business in Iceland and will be able to relate it to sustainability in the United States. Visits to hot-springs, the geothermal energy exhibition, horse-back riding tours, northern lights watching, and an eco-farm stay will inform students' global perspective.
