North Carolina Insurance Commissioner Wayne Goodwin and Chief Criminal Investigator Al Koehler addressed a group of Appalachian State students during a visit to Raley Hall November 17. Their audience included Risk Management & Insurance (RMI) majors along with Government and Justice Studies students and industry professionals.
