Corporate Sustainability Needs a Paradigm Shift 
The 2020 Appalachian Energy Summit presented a series of webinars covering areas of energy, project integration, campus building design, transportation and more, including an October 1 talk by Dr. Rajat Panwar, which served as a 2020 Business for Good event. Learn more.

2019 Conference

The 2019 Business for Good conference was held Friday, October 18. The event featured addresses from:

  • Stuart Hart, author of Capitalism at the Crossroads, and one of the world's top authorities on implications of environment and poverty for business strategy.
  • Crystal Chissell, Vice President of Operations and Engagement for Project Drawdown, the most comprehensive plan ever proposed to reverse global warming.
  • Erin Meezan, Vice President of Sustainability at Interface, Inc,  a globally-recognized leader in innovations in sustainability, including initiatives such as Climate Take Back, ReEntry and Net-Works.

2018 Conference

The fourth annual Business for Good conference featured John Replogle, CEO and President of Seventh Generation; Vance Merolla, Global Director of Sustainability for Colgate-Palmolive Company; and Joby Carlson, Director of Sustainability for Walmart, Inc. A reception followed and featured comments from Andy Acho, Former Worldwide Director of Environmental Outreach and Strategy for Ford Motor Company.

Green E Awards
