MSADA Program Virtual Information Session
Monday June 15, 2020 at 5pm
Please fill out this Information Session Form if you are interested in attending our next MSADA virtual information session. This will also allow us to send you relevant updates and program information.
This virtual Information Session will also cover multiple pathways for admission to the MS in Applied Data Analytics program (a STEM-designated graduate program).
If you are a rising senior at App State with a 3.6 or higher GPA you can apply for the AA option. With this option, GRE or GMAT is not required for admission to MSADA. This option allows you to take graduate-level courses in the last semesters of your undergraduate program which may double count toward both undergraduate and MSADA programs. You will have to discuss with your advisor and me to ensure the classes can be double-counted.
If you prefer not to take graduate-level classes as a senior, you still have the option to apply for GRE/GMAT test waivers (see below).
GRE/GMAT Waiver Available:
If you have a 3.5 or higher GPA from App State.
If you have a 3.0 or higher GPA (from any institution) and have five or more years of work or military experience.
If you are a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, the honor society for the College of Business.
Again, the test waiver is for admission and graduate assistantship consideration. If you are applying for any competitive scholarships, a GRE/GMAT is required. Please see the MSADA-AA overview document for more details.
