Holland Fellows

William R. Holland Fellowship

International Impact Exchange Program

An applied experience integrating concepts of business and design providing participants with new methodologies and techniques that move beyond the traditional business skill set to manage the evolving business of building a better world.

This immersive international impact exchange program explores Asia and the US in a changing world. Participants identify and evaluate both simple innovations and the disruptive technologies that will help stretch the sustainability ambitions of the businesses of tomorrow.

At its core, the program is designed to encourage exploration and understanding of modern business challenges bound by an applied experience with an international perspective. Each cohort is paired with a global-oriented business and given the creative agency to propose sustainable scenarios through a mashup of business strategy, innovation, behavioral science, and design.

Throughout the Spring semester the course will incorporate dimensions of course theories and concepts where we will explore new mindsets, technologies, and business models that aim to highlight the relationship between innovation and sustainability.
