This event is open to the public. The series is an initiative of the Walker College's Inclusive Excellence Team. The African American Alumni Association, BSA, and Multicultural Student Development Center serve as co-hosts for this event.
In recognition of Black History Month, the Walker College of Business at Appalachian State University will host Courageous Conversations, a dialogue on race and implicit bias in the workplace. Business alumni take time to participate in an engaging panel, giving their own perspectives based on their experiences inside and outside of their careers.
