44 business student-athletes call the Walker College home

After the 31-29 win over Ohio at the Camellia Bowl and with Mountaineer spirit at an all-time high, the 44 business undergraduate student-athletes enrolled in the Walker College this spring have high expectations to succeed on and off the field, court or track.

In addition to continued hard work and long hours put into their sport, these students make grades a priority, balancing rigorous business coursework with practices, games and travel schedules. 

Thirteen Appalchian State University athletic teams, including football, baseball, basketball, cross-country, soccer, golf, tennis, wrestling, track, field, and volleyball, include student athletes majoring in business this semester.
