Appalachian’s undergraduate accounting program — “Best for the Money” in 2019

For the second year in a row, College Factual has recognized Appalachian State University’s undergraduate accounting program in its annual “Best Accounting Colleges for the Money” list. 

This year, Appalachian ranked 35th out of 601 colleges and universities across the United States, placing its program in the top 6 percent of all accounting programs reviewed by College Factual. 

Additionally, out of 24 higher education intuitions in North Carolina, College Factual named the university as the No. 1 best value school in the state for accounting majors. 

According to its website, College Factual’s “Best Accounting Schools for the Money” ranking takes into account the average yearly cost of each school reviewed, the average time students take to graduate and the quality the school provides to students.
