Two graduate students in the Walker College of Business have been selected as inductees to the Cratis D. Williams Society for their outstanding achievement at Appalachian State University.
Cratis D. Williams Society
Cratis D. Williams Society inductees are chosen from nominees based on academic performance, engagement in their discipline, and leadership potential. The recognition is only awarded to the top 2% of students in each graduating class.
Honorees must:
- Be outstanding academically, as evidenced by GPA; and
- Have engaged in or completed a project related to research, creative activities, practical professional experiences, or service as a significant part of their program of study; and
- Have shown clear potential to be leaders in academic, workforce or community life.
Julien Sagnol
Julien Sagnol is earning a Master of Science in Applied Data Analytics (MSADA). Sagnol, an international student from France, has served as a graduate assistant for the Department of Finance, Banking, and Insurance and as a senator and representative for the MSADA program in the Graduate Student Government Association.
Victor Salgado
Victor Salgado is earning an MBA and a Master of Arts in Higher Education. Salgado is an officer in the Executive Impact Club and contributed to the App State community with significant military and professional experiences.
Sagnol and Salgado will earn App State graduate degrees in December 2025.
