Finance, Economics alumnus earns top honor at commercial real estate awards event

Walker College of Business alumnus Andrew "Moss" Withers has been named Commercial Realtor of the Year by the Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors.

Moss Withers, photo courtesy NAI GlobalWithers, a 2006 graduate of Appalachian State University, is a broker specializing in land, office and investment properties with NAI Carolantic, part of a global network of owner-operated commercial real estate brokerage firms.

Withers earned his degree in Finance and Banking and Economics from the Walker College prior to receiving his MBA as well as a degree in entrepreneurship and commercialization from North Carolina State University.

Withers serves as board chair of the Holly Springs Chamber of Commerce and as an advisory board member for Paragon Bank. He earned the Triangle Business Journal’s Busy Broker award at the 2017 Space Awards and is a previous winner of a Triangle Business Journal 40 under 40 Leadership Award.
