Christian Lynott is graduating from Appalachian State University with a BSBA in Computer Information Systems and Cyber Security.
At App State, Lynott has been a member of AIM and AITP.
"App State has given me the opportunity to reach my goals and fulfill my dreams," said Lynott. "Being a non-traditional student, App State has opened doors for me that I could never have imagined."
Lynott said that the faculty and staff members she has interacted with in the Walker College of Business have demonstrated care about her and her future. She named the following favorite professors and mentors as the most impactful of her Appalachian Experience.
- Cybersecurity Director Chris Taylor, for inspiring Lynott to study Cyber Security.
- Assistant Professor of Computer Information Systems Darin Hodges, for excellent teaching and patience.
- Business Career Services Associate Director Amy Odom, for resume and internship assistance.
- Computer Information Systems Administrator Samantha Williams, for opportunities provided.
- AIM Mentor Cam Faison, for valuable information and connections.
Lynott is currently interviewing for her next role.
