On Thursday, Sept. 19, 12:30-2:00 p.m., Holshouser Ethics will present a free lunch and learn event on the campus of Appalachian State University. The event will be held in Peacock Hall, Room 4140.
Visiting scholar Max Allan Siegfried Rünzel, M.Sc. M.A. will present on "A Better Society through Better Decisions How Blockchain Technology Can Help to Make the Right Choices." Our purchasing decisions are often a reflection of our values and convictions. We are willing to spend considerable price premiums if we think a product represents what we stand and strive for. However, can we verify that our purchase decisions are in line with our values and norms?
