Junior Human Resources Management Major Kayla Dean has beat out more than 200,000 other students nationally to win MindSumo's Bring new and exciting ink technologies to wine packaging challenge, hosted by G3 Enterprises.
Dean's was one of five winning ideas to decorate wine, beer or spirit packaging that incorporates the "G Ink" technology developed by G3.
The submissions were scored on both the design creativity and functionality. Dean's idea was judged outstanding for helping the package stand out on the shelf, conveying the marketing message, and impact on the value proposition of the product.
MindSumo is a website that gives cash prizes to students who tackle online projects for companies seeking new sources for creative ideas and insights.
