MBA Alumni Highlight: Alyssa Pudelski

Alyssa Pudelski '14 is the Pre-Production Manager at The Upper Deck Company, a worldwide sports and entertainment company that manufactures innovative, high quality trading card sets, games, and memorabilia with offices in Carlsbad, California and Morrisville, North Carolina.  Exclusive contracts with some of the world's best athletes allow Alyssa to incorporate her passion for sports with her business background.

Alyssa attended Appalachian State University and received her BS in Business Management and her MBA with a concentration in International Business. The knowledge and skills Alyssa developed in the MBA program has allowed her to climb the corporate ladder quickly while strategically planning, directing and overseeing her team of employees.  

In her role at Upper Deck, Alyssa proactively ensures a clearly defined strategy while leading a team to accomplish multiple project requirements and goals. Her strong leadership and problem-solving skills provide smooth day to day business operations. Alyssa has also traveled internationally to represent Upper Deck with the highest professional standards at several sporting events while interfacing with sports fans, representation from professional sports leagues, as well as high-level hockey rookies.

Alyssa currently resides in Wake Forest, NC and loves spending time with her dog, family, and friends while giving back to her community, as well as pursuing professional certifications and development within her field.
