MBA Alumni Highlight: Darin Webb

Darin Webb '11 attended Appalachian State for both undergraduate, BSBA Risk Management & Insurance and Finance & Banking, and graduate, MBA General Business.

Darin is a Principal Auditor for Wells Fargo, focused on independently evaluating the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes and activities for the Corporate Treasury function of the Bank. 

He attributes a lot of his current success to the strong business foundation instilled through the MBA program at Appalachian State.  A focus on leadership, teamwork, and perseverance, coupled with faculty and staff who truly cared about his development and success, made his time in the program invaluable.

He currently resides in Cherryville, NC with his wife Emily, and two children Hadley and Easton.  They enjoy returning to Boone as much as possible to cheer on the Mountaineers.
