Justin Burroughs '14 '15 is the Sr. Marketplaces Channel Manager & International Expansion Lead at Kryo, Inc., the parent company of ChiliSleep®, the high-growth sleep solutions company that is rapidly changing the way the world sleeps. In this role, he is responsible for all aspects of marketplace channel strategy, growth, performance, and success, and with expanding the company's global footprint to appropriate international markets. In just under three years since joining Kryo, he has been personally responsible for growing the company's marketplaces channel into a $10+ million revenue driver and has successfully completed localized launches into nine international markets.
Justin attended Appalachian State for both undergraduate, BSBA Marketing and General Management, and graduate programs, MBA with a concentration in International Business.
While completing his graduate studies, Justin took advantage of the opportunities available through the MBA program such as studying abroad in China to explore business operations and cultures globally. He attributes much of his current success to the strong business foundations instilled through the MBA program at Appalachian State. A focus on leadership, teamwork, and perseverance, coupled with faculty and staff who truly cared about his development and success, made his time in the program invaluable.
Justin currently resides in Mooresville, NC with his girlfriend, Hadley, and their Labradoodle, Lucy.
