Student, faculty opportunities to pursue study, research or teaching abroad will be explored during Fulbright Week

Appalachian State University's Offices of Nationally Competitive Scholarships, International Education and Development, and Research will offer opportunities to learn more about the Fulbright Program during Fulbright Week 2023, February 14-16.

The Fulbright Student Program, in partnership with more than 140 countries worldwide, offers unparalleled opportunities in all academic disciplines to passionate and accomplished graduating college seniors, graduate students, and young professionals from all backgrounds. Program participants pursue graduate study, conduct research, or teach English abroad.

Nationally Competitive Scholarships (NCS) works with the Appalachian community to recruit and support students for nationally competitive scholarships and fellowships, including those that support research, teaching and critical language learning.
