Supply chain management freshman earns national sales and marketing fraternity award

Appalachian State University freshman Matthew Houseman has earned a Future Leader Scholarship from Pi Sigma Epsilon (PSE).

The award was announced during the organization's 61st annual national convention, which took place April 18-22, 2017 in St. Louis, MO.

The Future Leader Scholarship recognizes freshman and sophomore PSE members who display the potential to become great future leaders of their chapters and of the organization.

Houseman earned free registration to the convention, a travel stipend, and he was recognized at the scholarship dinner before of hundreds of his colleagues. 

The Chester Springs, PA native is majoring in computer information systems and supply chain management in the Walker College of Business and is a member of Appalachian's Gamma Xi chapter.
