Economics Professor's research on sleep and mood published in Public Library of Science

Sleep and mood research from Walker College Professor of Economics David Dickinson has been published in the Public Library of Science general science open access journal, PLOS ONE.

The paper, which is available online, is entitled The viability of an ecologically valid chronic sleep restriction and circadian timing protocol: An examination of sample attrition, compliance, and effectiveness at impacting sleepiness and moodThe research is co-authored by Sean P. A. Drummond, a Professor of Psychology at the Monash Institute of Cognitive and Clinical Neuroscience, and Todd McElroy, an Associate Professor of Psychology from Florida Gulf Coast University.

Dickinson is a Research Fellow to the IZA Institute of Labor Economics, in Bonn, Germany and a research affiliate with Chapman University's Economic Science Institute.
