Commencement is the ultimate celebration of one of the most significant accomplishments of a student's lifetime, and Appalachian State University will honor this achievement for more than 600 students earning bachelor's and master's degrees from the Walker College of Business in spring / summer term, 2023.

"You have demonstrated the strength and resilience to succeed as you transition from college to career and beyond," said Walker College Dean Sandra Vannoy in a message to the graduates. "I wish you all the best as you go forward in support of the mission of the Walker College of Business: to be ethical, innovative, and engaged business leaders who positively impact our community, both locally and globally."
Commencement: Saturday, May 13
The Walker College's commencement ceremony will be held on Saturday, May 13 at 1:00 p.m. in the Holmes Convocation Center.
The faculty processional will begin at 12:50 p.m., with the University Mace carried by Finance, Banking & Insurance Professor Austin Eggers; the university banner carried by Computer Information Systems Professor Jeff Kaleta, and the college banner carried by Dean Sandra Vannoy.

Business Graduate Hooding & Awards Ceremony: Friday, May 12
