Dr. David Dickinson, a professor in the Department of Economics at Appalachian State University, has co-written an article, The impact of insufficient sleep on dietary choices and physical activity behaviors, that could help us better understand the link between inadequate sleep, dietary choices, and physical activity, key contributors to the global weight and obesity crisis.
