The 2026-27 Appalachian Scholarship Application Portal (ASAP) is open to continuing undergraduate students through Saturday, February 7, 2026.
All continuing App State undergraduate students and Master of Accounting students are encouraged to apply.
Through ASAP, students may submit one application to be automatically matched with many of the university and department scholarships. Students who have declared a major are more likely to match with scholarships designated for that major.
Please note that, for students applying for MBA and MSADA scholarships or WCOB study abroad scholarships, the scholarship application process and timeline vary.
Tips for applying for scholarships
- Answer honestly and accurately.
- Proofread everything.
- If you are unsure how to answer a question, ask for help: wcobscholarships@appstate.edu.
- Apply early, then periodically return to the portal until February 7 to see if you wish to change anything.
