Mitch Purgason ’15 started a clothing design business while a student at Appalachian State University. Now he owns a company in Charlotte and designs custom suits for professional athletes, business executives and fashion influencers. For this suit tailored for world-renowned artist Timothy Goodman, clothing designer and Appalachian State University alumnus Mitch Purgason ’15 used some of Goodman’s own artwork in the design. Purgason often uses personalized touches in his clothing designs.
