During Walker College of Business signature events, banner ids and names will be recorded.

Please complete this form to receive record of your students' attendance at signature events this semester.

You may select one or more of the signature events indicated, and you will automatically receive attendance reports from every event selected after each event.

Please note that registering for attendance records does not automatically register you or your students for the event(s). If the event(s) requires it, both you and your students will need to register for the event(s) separately.

Please note that if your home department is outside of the Walker College of Business you must send your class roster (with Course ID, Instructor Name, Student Name, Banner ID) to wcob@appstate.edu in order to receive attendance report(s).
